Nicholas Nyamali

Group Managing Director

Nicholas Nyamali is the Group Managing Director of Investment One Financial Services Limited. He holds two Masters’ Degrees in Law and Economics as well as an MBA from the London Business School.

He is a Global Advisory Council Member of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK and a member of the Institute of Securities & Investment, UK. Nicholas started his career as a Barrister & Solicitor with Haruna & Co. He then worked with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) before joining GTBank Plc, working at various times in the legal, corporate banking and corporate finance teams. He thereafter worked with Barclays Capital, London and Mckinsey & Co, London before returning to Nigeria to set up Investment One Financial Services Limited (then GTB Asset Management Limited, a former subsidiary of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc.).

Kemi Abili

Executive Director

Kemi is a pioneer staff of Investment One Financial Services Group and has held various Leadership roles in Customer Experience Management, Relationship Management, Sales (High Net Worth Individuals and Institutions), Retail Business Development, Private Banking and Trusteeship.

She currently oversees the Group shared services division as the Group Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining Investment One, she worked with Econet Wireless Nigeria (now Airtel) and was part of the Customer Experience Management team.

Kemi has a B.Sc. in Political Science and a Diploma in Law, both from the Ogun State University, now, Olabisi Onabanjo University. She is a fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration and has also attended several executive management and leadership programs in leading educational institutions.

Francis Ebuehi

Board Executive

Francis Ebuehi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Benin. He also holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Lagos as well as an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA), USA. Francis has vast experience in the telecommunication and finance industry and has worked in Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Liberty Bank, Oceanic Bank, Vmobile (now Airtel), Chamsswitch, Dealfish (now OLX) a Naspers company and Spinlet owned by Verod Capital.

Francis currently oversees the Financial Services subsidiary businesses and co-ordinates the Digital Financial Services & Retail Sales functions of Investment One.

Ezekiel Oluyori

Head, Investment Management

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from University of Ilorin and an MBA from Bayero University Kano. He is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS).

He started his career as an Audit Trainee with Ibrahim Yusuf & Co a firm of Chartered Accountant and Financial Consultant. He has a stint at Criss Cross Organization as an Administrative Officer. He joined National Orthopaedic Hospital Management Board as an Administrative Officer. He joined CSL Stockbrokers Limited and later joined INVESTMENT ONE Financial Services Limited (then GTB Asset Management Limited). He currently oversees the investment management division at Investment One Financial Services Limited.

Francis Ilenikhena

Managing Director, Investment One Stockbrokers Int'l

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Mathematics obtained from University of Benin, Benin-City and MBA (Finance & Investment specialization) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is an Associate Chartered Stockbroker (ACS), an Authorized Dealing Clerk (ADC) of the Nigeria Stock Exchange and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment(CISI), UK. He has attended several local and international trainings, seminars and workshops including School of Leadership & Strategic Management in Banking in UAE, London School of Retail & Digital Banking etc.

Francis has over 17 years industry experience; he started his career with CSL Stockbrokers Limited in Abuja where he worked as Head, Operations and later as Head of Marketing before he joined GTB Asset Management Limited now Investment One Financial Services Limited to set up the Abuja branch of the company. He has served in different capacity in Investment One Group. He is currently the Managing Director of Investment One Stockbrokers Int’l Limited.

Hamisu Idris

Managing Director/CEO, Investment One Pension Managers

Hamisu Idris holds a Higher National Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from Kaduna Polytechnic and an Executive MBA in Finance from Bayero University Kano. He has attended several local and international trainings, seminars and workshops. He has 20 years’ experience in the banking and Pension Industry.

Hamisu started his career as an Funds Transfer Officer at Inland Bank Plc in 1999, he thereafter joined Broad Bank Ltd as Customer Service Manager. He was at Fidelity Bank in 2005 where he held several positions including Branch management and Import/Export Desk.

He joined the Pension industry in 2011 as Head, Marketing at Premium Pensions Ltd. He also served as Head of Business Development at FUG Pensions and Fidelity Pensions Managers between 2014 to 2019. He joined Investment One Financial Services Limited in 2019 as Executive Director Pensions and was made Managing Director in 2020.
