Egbert Imomoh

Chairman

 

Egbert Imomoh is former Chairman of both Afren Energy Resources Nigeria Limited and Guaranty Trust Bank Plc.

He trained as a Mechanical and Petroleum Engineer. He possesses over three decades’ experience with the Shell Group of Companies. He was until recently President of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) worldwide after serving on its board as its Regional Director for Africa.

Joke Chukwumah

Non-Executive Director

Mrs. Joke Chukwumah is the Managing Director of Lucent Limited ( A Trading Company) and School Director of Children’s International School, Lekki. She is also a member of Board of Directors of several other companies.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics (Hons) from Kingston Polytechnic, Kingston, Surrey, England and a Master of Science in International Economics & Banking from University of Wales, Cardiff. Her career exposure spans Continental Merchant Bank, Chartered Bank and Guaranty Trust Bank Plc from where she left to set up Lucent Limited. Her work experience covers credit, marketing, consumer & corporate banking.

Henrietta Ugboh

Non-Executive Director

Mrs. Henrietta Ugboh is the Managing Director of Norwiche Limited, a company involved in teaching, consulting and mentoring.  She has over 31 years’ experience in banking.  Her career with Citibank spanned c. 30 years with previous roles as Head, Oil & Gas, Public Sector, Telecoms, Commercial, Corporate and Private Banking.

She is an Honorary member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Member Institute of Directors (IoD), Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration, Associate member of Women in Management, Business and Public Sector.  She has a degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin and a Masters degree in Business Administration from ESUT Business School.  She is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Boston.

She is an Independent Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker with the John Maxwell Leadership Team.

Olayemi Keri

Non-Executive Director

Ms. Keri is one of the foremost Women in Technology in Nigeria with experience in both the Public and Private sectors. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Heckerbella Limited, a technology business transformation company, and also a Partner at Holmen Consulting, an Information Technology Consulting firm.

Ms. Olayemi Keri holds a B.Sc in Accounting from the University of Maiduguri and a Master in Information Technology Project Management degree from the American Intercontinental University, Illinois. She is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School/IESE Business School, Barcelona and China European International Business School.

Dave Iyere

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Dave Inyere is the Managing Director of Eldin Consultants Nigeria Limited and a Faculty member of the University of Ibadan, Business School. He served in various capacities while working in Chevron Nigeria Limited and Chevron Corporation, USA.

He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Mathematics from the University of Benin, an MSc in Computer Sciences from the University of Lagos and an MBA also from the University of Lagos

Benjamin Oviosu

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Ben Oviosu is the Chief Executive Officer of Octogone International Gas & Oil Limited. Prior to that, his banking career commenced in First City Merchant Bank Limited (now First City Monument Bank Plc) in 1989 then he moved to Diamond Bank Plc where he was Head, Oil and Gas Group. He later moved to Access Bank Plc and was a former General Manager, Corporate Banking in Access Bank Plc.

He has a B.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan and an M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Lagos.

Nicholas Nyamali

Group Managing Director

Nicholas Nyamali is the Group Managing Director of Investment One Financial Services Limited. He holds two Masters’ Degrees in Law and Economics as well as an MBA from the London Business School.

He is a Global Advisory Council Member of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK and a member of the Institute of Securities & Investment, UK. Nicholas started his career as a Barrister & Solicitor with Haruna & Co. He then worked with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) before joining GTBank Plc, working at various times in the legal, corporate banking and corporate finance teams. He thereafter worked with Barclays Capital, London and Mckinsey & Co, London before returning to Nigeria to set up Investment One Financial Services Limited (then GTB Asset Management Limited, a former subsidiary of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc.).

Kemi Abili

Executive Director

Kemi is a pioneer staff of Investment One Financial Services Group and has held various Leadership roles in Customer Experience Management, Relationship Management, Sales (High Net Worth Individuals and Institutions), Retail Business Development, Private Banking and Trusteeship.

She currently oversees the Group shared services division as the Group Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining Investment One, she worked with Econet Wireless Nigeria (now Airtel) and was part of the Customer Experience Management team.

Kemi has a B.Sc. in Political Science and a Diploma in Law, both from the Ogun State University, now, Olabisi Onabanjo University. She is a fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration and has also attended several executive management and leadership programs in leading educational institutions.

Ademola Aofolaju

Managing Director

Mr. Ademola Aofolaju is the Managing Director of the Capital Management subsidiary. Prior to his move to Investment One, he worked with BGL Asset Management Limited where he was Head of the Specialty Asset Management Desk. Subsequently, he joined Kakawa Asset Management Limited (KAML) and was Head, Investment Management and Client Counsel.

His experience cuts across Commercial and Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance and Investment Management.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile – Ife.
